Five star but: It is crucial to notify customers if it is not feasible to set up the camera is because is being already registered with another account in the Somfy Cloud. In such cases, the only viable solution is to reach out to Somfy support via email. Please insert this information in the set up process. Best

Great app and Alarm kit. Had a couple of false alarms but down to pir sensitivity with the cat jumping on kitchen work top and front door intellitag when the postman knock, readjusted and now all looking promising . Will give it a couple off weeks testing before putting up the bell box to stop annoying the neighbour due to my installation errors. Looking forward to purchasing the external pir camera.

Well designed, well implemented, good app. The only problem faced was the installation. Conclusion: the Link has to be installed at the highest possible point in the room in order to have the best possible radio coverage with the router and the IntelliTags, key fobs, etc.. We recommend this alarm, it is more modern than most other systems. We tested it by accident by opening a window while the alarm was armed, it works fine. Before installing, we suggest that you read all FAQ on the website
